ATSU’s School of Health Management offers an online Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) program that will prepare you for leadership in public health. A 15-course program, you may choose a concentration best fitting your interests: health planning, health policy, and environmental health. General areas of focus are epidemiology, education, administration, ethics, and financial management. A dental M.P.H. track is also available.

The Master of Science in Geriatric Health is a 60-quarter-credit hour, 15-course program that prepares individuals for long-term care
management of healthcare facilities for the elderly and other social

ATSU’s School of Health Management offers an online Master of Health Education degree that will prepare you for leadership in health education. A systematic process based on learning theory is used to plan, design, implement, and evaluate effective program and course offerings with in-depth pedagogical training. A 14-course program, the M.H.Ed. offers five areas of concentration: leadership, research, teaching, medical education, and a customized track. Note: This program is not intended to meet state certification requirements to become an elementary or secondary teacher.

ATSU’s Arizona School of Health Sciences offers an online 15-course, 42-credit hour Master’s program that will develop your comprehensive knowledge of human movement science, functional anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, and functional assessment and program design. Two specialized tracks are offered: sports conditioning and geriatric exercise science, which is a partnership program between ATSU and the National Academy of Sports Medicine® (NASM®).

ATSU’s Arizona School of Health Sciences offers an online eight-course program (plus clinicals) for licensed physician assistants. If you are a PA without a Bachelor’s degree, a non-Bachelor’s degree track is available. Three areas of concentration are offered: clinical medicine, forensic medicine, and education and leadership. Graduates demonstrate a competence in their respective specialty area and a strong academic foundation that enhances their ability to practice in varied clinical and administrative settings.
